An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join an entrepreneurial property company. This role would suit someone who is a team player and happy to hands on. Our client would like someone with a personable nature who has good communication skills.
- Preparing management accounts
- Basic service charge accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Purchase and Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Adhoc duties
- Experience in the property sector
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good system & Excel skills (ideally Qube)
