Optima Plus Recruitment are exclusively representing a growing business within the Stoke on Trent area with the recruitment of an AAT qualified assistant accountant. This is a newly created position within the head office finance function and therefore a fantastic time to join the business. You will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution. The successful candidate will cover a range of tasks in support of the wider finance function and work as part of a small team.
This opportunity covers a full spectrum of duties including:
Supporting the preparation of management accounts
Complex sales ledger reconciliations
Journals Accruals and prepayments
Nominal ledger management
The successful candidate will be part-qualified or hold full AAT and appropriate experience with an excellent working knowing of Excel.
