Your duties will include:
Assisting the bursar with the day to day running of the accounts department.
All aspects of bookkeeping including,
Purchase ledger invoicing
petty cash processing
They use a specific system known as Double First Engage and it would be a real advantage if you have used this as little training will be given in the role. Failing that if you have experience using another system within an educational environment this would also be of interest.
Ideally you will educated to AAT level or similar.
The hours are 08.00- 16.00pm, due to location you need to have your own transport and parking is available. Also a cooked lunch is provided daily!. The role will be paying £12.00- 13.00 (paye) or £14.80- £16.08 (via an umbrella company).
