Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting an experienced Assistant Accountant for an FTC contract. Our multifaceted client has an additional need in their team for someone with a solid accounts background, strong on excel, experience of reporting, forecasting and analysis.
During your time in the contract you will be responsible for, GM reports this will include weekly monthly and quarterly reports for the senior management team, extracting data from sales and costing and reconciliation of reports to Management accounts. In addition to this you will be heavily involved in the maintenance of the Purchase ledger function, processing all invoices, resolution of all queries, processing monthly payment runs, looking after the expenses and credit card payment analysis. There will also be ad hoc needs to support other functions in the finance team on occasion also.
You will need experience of all the above in a fast paced environment, previous experience of reporting and using Excel to a high level. Strong organisational skills, highly accurate with great attention to detail. Fully versed with Microsoft Office.
You will need to be a confident communicator, excellent customer service skill and have the ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance teams.
