Assistant Accountant - About The Role

In the role of Part Qualified Accountant, you will part of the accounts team and you will report to the Accounts Manager and work on a portfolio of clients. Using online and cloud based systems to prepare the accounts for a range of commercial entities, including sole traders partnerships and limited companies. As an AAT PQ, or Qual or ACCA studier you will prepare statutory accounts, VAT and tax returns for clients. As your experience grows you will develop your own portfolio of clients and be involved in assisting junior team members. In addition to use of online and cloud based accounting packages you will be responsible for communication with clients by telephone, email and face to face meetings.


Assistant Accountant - About You

The successful part qualified accountant will have commenced AAT or ACCA studies and have gained experience in an accountancy firm or outsourcing organisation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be seeking a role where you can develop your career.
