Assets Administrator – North Walsham - £20,619 - £22,984 (Grade 3) per annum – Full Time Permanent.
Our client is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, busy, and professional team responsible for providing a first class service to their valued customers. The role is to assist in providing effective, efficient and economic delivery of assets’ activities (including surveys, customer health and safety related tasks, responsive repairs, void repairs, planned maintenance and cyclical maintenance programmes) to a professional standard within the Assets department.
