Asset Surveyor Required - Based in Essex - £25 per hour

Your new company
Your new company is a reputable Community Housing provider based in Essex. They manage a stock of c8000 homes, and they are aiming for significant growth in the future.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be working with the development teams to undertake quality and progress checks during works and post-completion. You will also be the point of contact for managing the defects and latent defects period post works. Undertaking the surveying requirements for their development teams including: snagging surveys, post-completion/defect surveys and also Stock condition Surveys.

What you'll need to succeed
In order you to succeed in this role, you will ideally be qualified in Building/Surveying to a degree level, possessing a professional qualification would also be advantageous. Having experience in undertaking all aspects of the role as detailed above will be necessary, As well as having a clear understanding of the development process, both land led and S106 schemes.
