Your new company
A large and extremely well respected public sector organisation are looking for an Asset Management Surveyor to join their established team permanently. This ambitious and cutting edge community ranks at the top nationally for a number of categories and boasts of a large property estate - a mixed bag of commercial buildings.

Your new role
You will be a key part of the asset management team and will have a pivotal role to play in the strategic planning, management and development of the estate. You will be carrying out a wide spread of professional services including L&T work, acquisitions and disposals, development appraisals, site visits etc.

What you'll need to succeed
This highly strategic role requires a chartered surveyor (MRICS) who is a strong communicator, well organised, and who can bring a fresh and insightful view on best practise within property. You will be used to client facing roles and will be able to manage contractors, various stakeholders, having responsibility for the management of a substantial revenue and budgets. You will be up on the current property legislation's and will ideally have some previous public sector experience although this is not essential.
