If you are an aspiring Victim Advocate and need to work with the most vulnerable young learners in education, this LSA position is a very strong place to start in Guildford.

If you are serious about wanting to aid and help young learners and adults with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges, this is a challenging LSA role that will put you right on the coal face, incredibly challenging context and school. Over 70% of the students have a caution or conviction.

Our LSA roles will bring you face to face with young learners and students who have varying degrees of Social, Emotional and Mental health issues. These students will often have very diverse class, cultural, faith and Socio Economic backgrounds, combined with potential Learning Difficulties.

The context including the socio-economic, cultural, class and sometimes, the pure serendipity of where you are born has long lasting impacts on the life chance of the students you work with.

In this role, you will be thinking and analysing that once your work with a student is finished, where does that student go?
