About the Role
In this Drama Instructor post you will be working almost exclusively within the industrious Arts Department and you will be proving your talents enough to secure a School Direct placement at the school. The school will encourage you to teach your own classes and your development will be fueled by the ample support of your Headteacher mentor. Your responsibilities will involve helping the teacher create an engaging lesson and making sure the proper class resources are available to deliver it. Your duties will include helping run extracurricular activities and driving your career forward with access to a CPD programme.
