Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • Full UK manual driving license
  • BOHS P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent RSPH certifications
  • Knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264
  • Flexibility for travel and out-of-hours work
  • Strong work ethic, independent and team-oriented
  • Willing to support colleagues and team activities

Asbestos Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition, ground asbestos)
  • Perform air monitoring and fibre counting
  • Inspect contractor work, approve or reject removals
  • Collect site data using NexGen software for automated reports
  • Ensure compliance with asbestos regulations
  • Maintain personal QHSE documentation and internal processes
  • Provide professional client service and advice
