Qualifications & experience:
Administrative experience within an asbestos office environment essential.
Accurate data entry/typing skills.
Ability to multi task.
Proficient in using Microsoft office package.
Excellent communication skills.
Scheduling in projects, allocating work to staff, booking appointments, filing time sheets etc.
Checking and typing up of asbestos reports.
Diary Management for staff.
Issuing certificates and liaising with clients.
Dealing with internal and external databases.
Any other admin tasks as required.
