Role & Responsibilities:
-Must have previous administrative experience within an asbestos office environment.
-Be highly organised with the ability to multi task to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
-Deal with inquiries, certificates, offer technical help etc.
-Assist the Manager with their daily duties, booking appointments, filing time sheets etc.
-Proficient in IT - (Excel, Word, internal/external databases).
-Data entry, analyse, check and type up asbestos reports.
-Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Work independently and as part of a team
