Our well established client who is based within Milton Keynes, are currently looking to expand their excellent Customer Service department. They provide you with excellent training, and promote internal progression within the company. They are looking for people who are available ASAP to start.
If you are passionate about helping people and want a new fun working environment to be in this is the role for you.
On a day to day basis you will be working as a telephone agent, in a upbeat, fast paced office environment. Advising customers with their general queries regarding their bank accounts; such as password resets, transaction queries, and new card requests.
Hours: 8 hour shifts between 6.00am – 11.00pm, 5 days out of 7
You must be a team player and flexible with your hours of work.
