Experienced Artworker / Mac Operator needed by a Large Format / Exhibitions specialist based in Staffordshire due to expansion.

* Salary: £22k - £26k - Basic Salary DOE + overtime opportunities.

My client are a leading large format and exhibitions company based in Staffordshire, who are looking to bring on board an Artworker / Mac Operator as they look to grow their production team. They require somebody with at least 5 years' experience in a Mac Operating / Technical Artworking role, within the large format print industry and have excellent customer service skills, as the role will have some client facing responsibility.

Artworker Responsibilities:
Technical artworking / reprographics of large format products
Ability to set up artwork to cut contour paths.
Image, font, size, colour retouching etc.
Report into the production manager, ensuring all work is produced on time and to the highest standard.
Meeting clients to take briefs and fully interrrogate the brief to ensure best results.

Experience needed for Artworker role:
Large format print technical artworking experience
Excellent knowledge of production proceses
Excellent understanding of colour
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with workflow systems an advantage
Dealing with customers and clients face to face - must have an outgoing, friendly personality for this.
