The Training Manager will be responsible for the development, organisation and delivery of the treatment based training required to deliver advanced skin solutions that work, managing external training providers and working with both support centre departments and clinic managers with initiatives that involve a training need.
Develop & Implement Training
·Ensure delivery of effective training for clinics product and treatment menu and assess the adaptations and evolution of the training plans
·Lead the design of new training courses with input from relevant Support Centre departments
·Provide effective training material and training manuals and keep up to date and within brand guidelines
·Identify individual training and development needs through staff audits, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Clinic Managers and HR department as well as utilising information of performance following the training sessions
·Set expectations following training and regularly assess these are being met.
·Collect and analyse feedback from training and staff auditing and use this information to continually improve methods of delivery and increase effectiveness and value
·Maintain a register of training provided, training status by employee and a training calendar with the help of the support centre.
Working with Support Centre Departments & Clinic Managers
·Ensure HR & Clinic Managers are regularly informed of the training status of all Practitioners utilising the training and compliance admin role to assist.
·Keep up to date with developments in training by reading and attending courses as well as attending trade shows when necessary.
·Liaise with the customer service department regarding customer reactions and update training accordingly
·Monitor commercial impact of the training department to feed back to Head of Commercial and Training to monitor against budget.
Management & Leadership

·Establish excellent working relationships clinic staff, support centre staff & board members
