This is an exciting opportunity to join Bupa Care Services as an area trainer where you will support a group of care homes to deliver regulatory and mandatory training. A background in care would be beneficial but your ability to train, coach and mentor staff is the most important thing we look for.

The role is diverse and exciting and will involve:
* Supporting our Care Services Business with all training needs for those in our care homes
* Delivering regulatory and mandatory training to meeting the needs of Care Services
* Motivating and inspiring delegates through accommodating different learning styles
* Building robust relationships with, and partnering Home Managers, to promote awareness and identification of training needs across their site

Experience Required:
* Ideally you will have recent care or sector experience, however, this isn't essential
* You will have delivered training by way of group facilitation, coaching and/or one to one support
* Competent IT Skills, be flexible and hold a clean driving licence
