Our client is a small group of 2 Gastro pubs, each one with its own original style. One In Hertfordshire the other in Buckinghamshire
All the menu's are 100% fresh & seasonal, modern British menu's, using locally sourced produce where possible. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts, etc, using classic and modern cooking techniques.
As Sous chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in both sites and help writing menus with head chef and with guidance from the owners to ensure only the best food is served.
You must drive with UK licence.
5/7 days - 48 hour week.
