Area Sales Manager

A field sales role promoting a leading and well respected range of decorative rain-screen cladding into the new build sector, tracking and winning projects with national and regional house builders across East Anglia.

Package: £50k-£55k basic with a 20% OTE (paid quarterly with +40% achievable for over performance). Hybrid car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare & 24 day's holiday

Territory: East Anglia - Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire

Selling: Decorative rain-screen cladding / fibre cement weatherboards and facades

Customers: National and regional house builders, housing associations and architects

THE ROLE – Area Sales Manager:

• Promoting a well respected range of fibre cement external decorative rain-screen cladding into the residential new-build sector
• Inheriting an established and well performing area, you will be tracking and securing projects with national & regional house builders, larger local developers and a little into housing associations
• Whist also working with the associated architects involved in each development to secure specifications
• Projects will be back-sold through an established network of national merchants and distributors, that a separate team will manage day-to-day

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT – Area Sales Manager:

• A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry / building materials sector
• Ideally you will have some experience working with house builders or developers, although this is not essential
• You will be professional and structured with first class communication skills, and a proactive target driven approach
