Area Sales Manager

One of the UK's leading distributors and manufacturers of high-end tiles are seeking a talented and tenacious Area Sales Manager to cover the West Midlands and Wales area.

This is a great opportunity to work with an established market leader and requires an experienced individual with an eye for design and style.

You will have experience in a field sales role working with retail outlets such as kitchen and bathroom showrooms, DIY stores, builders’ merchants and other suitable outlets.

Responsibilities:

·Develop a field sales and call plan to cover the area effectively

·Utilise social media to help identify and generate leads

·Create and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

·Understand and develop expertise in your products

·Work closely with all internal stakeholders

·Plan to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

·Account Manage and upsell to current clients

·Generate new business

·Ensure accuracy of information in CRM, reporting and planning

Requirements:

·Track record in B2B field sales

·Excellent communication skills

·Articulate, able to build rapport and excellent presentation skills

·Understanding of interior design and style

·IT and Social Media literate

·Great organisational skills

·To be based on patch, ideally in the West Midlands
