Area Sales Manager needed to be based from my clients Gatwick depot and expected to cover South London/England.
• The role of Area Sales Manager is critical to my client's current structure as it is heavily focused on driving sales to achieve targets.
• The Area Sales Manager will work alongside existing Area Sales Managers, the Internal Sales team and Site Manager.
• To manage and review team performance to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
• To ensure effective management of the team in line with company policy and procedures.
• Proven Sales Management experience required
• Proven experience in achieving targets set
• Ability to develop an effective team environment encouraging development and progression.
• Able to show experience of strong telesales activity and setting the right example for the team.
• Ability to multi-task and be able to react under pressure.
• Customer focused with solid experience in Telesales
• You should have a good understanding of the IT package - Microsoft Office Work Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Team Manager, with experience of recruiting, training and motivating an internal sales team.
