Due to a recent promotion my client are looking for a career driven Area Sales Manager to join their award winning team based in their modern offices in Media city. Their company are currently going through a controlled growth programme, so this is an opportune time for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their small but growing regional team.

As the Area Sales Manager you will be joining this global organisation on a local scale and working with them to grow their reseller business further whilst nurturing existing relationships.

Are Sales Manager responsibilities:

• To generate new prospects to the required target by following through self-generated leads

• You will have experience building and maintaining professional relationships with clients via phone, email and face to face visits on a one to one basis.

• The ability to close new business.

• Account management of a large local client base, working to get the most out of each relationship.

• Prospecting and building on a successful reseller portfolio.

• General all-rounder who is happy to do administrative work is a team player.

• To achieve a minimum number of meetings per quarter with new and existing re sellers.

• An enthusiasm and desire to consistently achieve sales targets

• An ability to work unsupervised and to set personal objectives

To attend and complete company training courses to better understand the leasing industry, products and sales skills.

• Experience in a Direct or Indirect Sales role is essential
