An opportunity has arisen within the UK’s leading provider of educational play equipment for a Field Sales and Outdoor Grounds Consultant to lead the company’s ambitious growth across the Wiltshire to Hampshire areas.

Accountable for driving new and repeat business, you will be meeting with key decision-makers in Primary Schools, Nurseries and LEA’s and proposing innovative and exhilarating solutions for their outdoor play and learning spaces.

Our Client is a dynamic and ambitious company entering an exciting phase of growth, so they need the best people to join them and take the company forward. The role comes with full training, the support of the Sales and Marketing Directors and an internally based sales team who generate leads and interest for the external sales team.

You must have:

• At least one years’ B2B sales experience
• A track record of exceeding sales targets through new and repeat business
• A credible, consultative manner
• The ability to listen, digest, identify needs, articulate a vision and bring to life compelling solutions
• Considerable drive and self-motivation; a positive attitude
• A tendency to thrive in, and contribute to, a dynamic team environment
• A degree or equivalent qualification
• A full driving licence

Although not essential, experience gained within the education sector would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of local authority preferred supplier lists and works would also be beneficial.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS (formally a CRB) check. The role will also require some manual handling of equipment, including lifting, bending and stretching to undertake measurements, climbing steps and walking throughout playgrounds and fields.
