Sales Manager – Corporate End Users – Midlands
Commercial Interiors. Flooring. Wall Coverings. Suspended Ceilings.

Basic Salary: c£45,000-£50,000 (Negotiable depending upon experience), £12,000ote

The Role:

This European manufacturer is currently expanding, due to this we are looking to appoint an experienced Specification Sales Manager to target end users across the Midlands belt of England; this role will be selling a wide range of innovative, commercial interior products. Targeting a mix of Architects and Designers, contractors and corporate end users amongst others covering the traditional Midlands region of England, you will be charged with winning new specifications via architects designers, corporate end users and contractors.

The Applicant:

We now have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, skilled, proven and experienced specification sales professional to join this European manufacturer of premium interior products and systems. Ideally you will have proven experience selling an interior product range into corporate end users, architect and design practices along with experience or exposure of dealing with contractors, we are seeking an energetic, tenacious and enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on developing new business opportunities and is experienced in managing projects up until handover stage.
The successful candidate must have strong experience of working in a field based role within the construction industry, ideally you will have experience of selling light side technical construction focused products. We welcome applications from high calibre specification sales professionals who have experience of selling products such as office furniture, insulation, structural panels, roofing, facades, cladding, external wall insulation, flooring, ceiling, roof lights, daylight systems and any other technical construction focused products or systems. Demonstrable records of exceeding pre-agreed targets and success of achieving sales targets with profitable margins would be very advantageous.
You will ideally have an extensive network of contacts within the corporate end users, architect, design, contractor markets across the Midlands territory of England.
