Area Sales Manager
Salary up to £40,000 + £12,000 OTE UNCAPPED
Car Allowance - £550 a month
You will be working for a market leading manufacturer within their sector, who provide bespoke interior solutions to the construction / building industry. No other competitor can offer this companies full solution.
The role is to manage commercial projects within a specific geographical territory (Home Counties, Essex and East Anglia), you will be speaking with Main Contractors, Sub Contractors and Distribution, as well as liaising with the specification team. You will inherit an existing portfolio of live projects of Key Customers, which you be responsible for developing and managing from inception through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and experience of selling and negotiating, preferably within the commercial market. You should have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate relationship building at all levels. You should also have the ability to demonstrate customer management skills.
To be considered for this role I am looking for someone who has previous sales experience within the construction industry or someone from outside the industry who is driven, polished, positive and ambitious.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers at all levels
- Promote new product introductions
- Experience of dealing with Contractors / Sub Contractors
