Area Sales Manager - Domestic Boilers - Surrey & East Sussex - £37k +£7k
This is a field based territory sales role both existing account managing and new business winning, promoting an industry leading range of domestic boilers through an established network of national and independent merchants and distributors. Whist equally supporting them with the winning of business with contractors and installers.
JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager / Account Manager
SELLING: A mid to high-end range of domestic boilers
SELLING TO: National and independent merchants, contractors and installers
TERRITORY: Surrey and East Sussex (inc. the GU & PO postcodes into Hampshire)
PACKAGE: £35k-£37k basic + £7k OTE, pension, 25 days holiday, car, iPad, laptop and mobile
THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:
• A field based territory sales role, inheriting an established area.
• Promoting an industry leading range of domestic boilers.
• Developing the relationship with an established portfolio of national and independent merchants.
• Working with your merchants to raise product awareness and increase commitment and sales across your area.
• Whilst supporting them in the winning of business with contractors and installers.
• All business won will be back-sold through your network merchants & stockists.
• Firstly and most importantly you will have field sales experience from within the plumbing, heating or bathroom industry.
• This could have been gained from either a manufacturer, distributor or merchant.
• You will be a strong account manager with first class communication skills.
• You will also have a proactive, consultative and professional approach to territory sales.
