Not only will you sell and account manage, you will also need to be adept at report writing, forecasting figures, time management, diary planning, be very IT literate, a real team player, and commercially astute.
Ideal candidates will have face to face Sales experience in construction lead markets and be strong at consultative selling, influencing and negotiating, and adding general commercial value to an organisation which they will be able to evidence at interview.
The most important thing for this appointment is harnessing real relationship building talent, rather than industry knowledge, so candidates who have a track record of success in other sectors would certainly still be considered.
You will be working with clients such as: developers, contractors, architects, highways agencies, public sector bodies, builders, builders merchants, councils, and others. This is a truly varied role.
