Our Client based in Maidstone in beautiful offices with free parking is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business and manage existing clients. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a similar Field-Based role, with a proven track record of closing business face to face.

You will be confident in sourcing new leads within the Business2Business market.

You will need to manage your client’s accounts in a professional consultative manner, be approachable, presentable and organised. It is essential you listen to client’s needs and answer questions in an informative manner, by giving honest and accurate support, to provide solutions to enable your customers business to grow.

Customer service is paramount to this role and is exceptionally important to the image of the company. Rather than selling what you think a customer should have, you need to be able to listen to the customer’s wants. Our client does not advocate hard sales!

Essential training and support will be provided.
