We are looking to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager to deliver growth in Central East England on behalf of a leading lubricants manufacturer & brand. Midlands & South-East, ideal location – Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester, Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Cambridge, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bedford
Circa £30,000 to £35,000 + Bonus, OTE Circa £41K + Car + Pension + Benefits
Our client is a leading brand that manufactures world class lubricantsspecifically designed to cater for the demanding needs of automotive workshops that service the transportation markets, including agricultural & commercial vehicle, coach & bus applications through to traditional automotive aftermarket workshops and respective vehicle dealer networks.
Excitingly and presently there is an opportunity for an individual to grow sales across Central & South-East England.
The role will report directly to the National Sales Manager and will focus heavily on developing trade business within an established framework of customers, targeting specifically the agricultural markets, commercial vehicle workshops and associated dealer networks.
To start with our ideal candidate will need to be well located to cover the region. If you can bring a successful track record of selling lubricants or products into agricultural dealers, commercial vehicle workshops, transportation companies or the wider automotive aftermarket this will be considered impressive for starters. An ability to communicate with individuals from board room to workshop floor will be an important element of the job along with accurately grasping automotive applications and product specifications. Previous field sales experience along with a demonstrable successful sales pedigree is high on the agenda pre-interview.
Our perfect individual will also possess strong personal qualities and attributes along with solid pc skills (common Microsoft applications).
