I am working with a client that is looking for an area operations manager to run a cluster of sites in the Wembley and surrounding areas. This business is a specialist in their area and delivered a succesful set of results over the past few years.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the sites in your area, working closely with the branch managers, ensuring that they are delivering on all set KPI’s.
- Due to the scale of this position the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple sites and have a strong, confident approach to people management (including recruitment, training and performance issues.)
- You will be thorough in your approach and be very comfortable/competent analysing data, management intelligence and reporting back at a senior level to the Regional Operations Director.
- Strong communication skills are integral to the role as key to their success will be relationship building with stakeholders across the business, driving performance change and strategy, including improvements to deliver both productivity and process efficiencies productivity.
