The right candidate will need to adaptable to the demands of the business and flexible to manage the area as if it is their own business.
We will be looking for a candidate with a track record of training and developing people and is skilled in recruitment, selection and overseeing training. The successful candidate will also need to be capable to hold all disciplinary procedures if needed.
The stores require high customer service and food hygiene standards and the right person will need to be able to effectively manage a team of Store Managers while developing teams to achieve this.

Complete annual appraisals and develop PDP's
Ensure staffing levels are adequate to exceed the customer experience
Identify and mentor future leaders
Have a good commercial understanding, ensuring KPI's are achieved
Clean driving licence
