Location - Liverpool
Salary - up to £60,000 + benefits and bonus

This is a great role with a lot of autonomy - your voice will be heard and have an influence.
Working with key stakeholders such as Head of Buying, Marketing and Supply Chain closely.
To hold accountability for the financial performance and operational excellence of stores - maximising the trading performance
Ensuring that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards.
As a Senior Manager of the brand you will be required to display certain behaviours and success factors within your role along with the technical skills required to fulfil the role.
- Previous experience working in an Area/ Regional Management role is essential
- Experience driving performance of large turnover stores
- Track record of producing sales and brand strategies
- Keen eye for detail and focused on high performance
- Passionate and keen to come up with ideas
- People focussed - retention and talent pipelining is key
- Experience with apparel/fashion is a must have
