This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding domiciliary care business.

Our client has been operating for over 25 years but is expanding from the already established domiciliary care offices on a national basis.

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join the team in overseeing two new offices with many more up for tender.

Reporting in to the Operations Director the person will be responsible for the oversight of one of their offices based in East Berkshire and a brand new office opening in Sutton.

This role will develop further as new tenders are converted and new offices are commissioned.

This person must have experience of working in the domiciliary care sector, have multi-site management experience and ideally been involved in the opening of new locations/offices. We would expect the successful candidate to have a strong knowledge of TUPE, Recruitment, knowledge of London and surrounding areas together with excellent man management skills etc.
