An Area Executive Chef is required to cover the North West Region for a hotel company
In this role of Area Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the kitchens of up to six hotels with the role being based in a Manchester property. This is a challenging Area Executive Chef role that will require you to monitor all kitchen procedures across the sites ensuring that each kitchen is working to the Head Office specifications. All recruitment will require your involvement and you will be expected to attend meetings, training seminars etc. At the same time you will be expected to 'hands on’ in the kitchen during service times working alongside the teams of chefs and leading them from the front.
An experienced Executive Chef who has been working in large four/ five star hotels but is seeking the next step in the career into an Area Executive Chef role would be ideal for this position. All chefs applying for this role must have a strong awareness of budgets and kitchen admin as well as a proven track record in health and hygiene. It is essential that all applicants to this position are willing to remain hands on in the kitchen.
