Hays are delighted to bring this fantastic opportunity to the local market in Ayrshire.
Working with tone of Ayrshire most dynamic studios, we are assisting them with their to recruit a new Architectural Technologist to their team. With workload secured for the rest of the year, and other projects in the pipeline, the practice is looking for ambitious design staff to help them grow.

Reporting directly to, and working with the owners, you'll be responsible at the early stages of the design process, preparation of feasibility studies, concept planning and consultant engagement alongside dealing with any technical site/building issues. A truly brilliant role for a Technologist who wants a more design focused position.

Getting involved with this firm at this stage, you will be an integral member of the team in their new 5 year growth plan. A position that if you develop yourself in, you could accelerate your career faster here than perhaps you could in a larger firm.

To be successful it would be advantageous that you have a proven track record in working on residential or commercial projects in Scotland. Nonetheless, it the personal attributes that will be crucial here, as this role will require you to work autonomously at times, and deal with clients almost from day one.
