Architectural technician required for our client a leading architectural practice based in Northampton. They specialise in the design of residential projects across the South of England and are currently seeking to add an architectural technician with residential experience to their team.

The Architectural Technician will be working closely with Architects and Designers, which will form a link between the concept design and completed construction. The Architectural Technician will be working under the direction of a partner or other senior members within the practice. The Architectural Technician should ideally be a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and have the ability to prove excellent freehand drawings.

The architectural technician should ideally have experience with AutoCAD and Revit. You will be working on projects ranging from £500,000 to £10million, although the majority of these will range from £2million to £5million. The successful applicant must have a 2:1 or above in a relevant architectural technology degree.

  • 2:1 or above in a relevant architectural technology degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Autocad / Revit
  • Full UK Driving License

Architectural Technician Position Remuneration

  • £25,000 to £32,000
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pension
