Vibrant RIBA Chartered Practice based in Liverpool are looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician. They're a medium sized office that specialise in the delivery of Residential and Commercial Schemes. They have extensive experience in architecture and interior design, particularly on challenging and sensitive sites. This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to gain further experience working on a range of large scale, high value projects while gaining industry leading training and development.
They have managed to build a great reputation as one of the leading practices in their region to work for. They provide a friendly, relaxed atmosphere helping to foster the high-quality design solutions that they have become synonymous with. Their project portfolio also boats some incredibly unique office, leisure, retail and conservation work as well as residential and commercial.
We're looking to speak with an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience, who is experienced on AutoCAD and Revit and ideally has experience working on similar projects (although this is not essential).
The studio is based in central is not too far from the train station for those who commute by train. Parking permits for a car park just around the corner from the office are also paid for as part of the package for those commuting by car.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential
- Experience using Revit is highly desirable, however on the job training will be provided.
- Must be ambitious and confident enough to work in a client facing role.
- Experience working on similar developments will be valued however this is not essential.
