Due to continued success, an opportunity has become available for a Technical Architect to join their close-knit team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a dynamic studio environment where every team member plays a pivotal role. The ideal candidate will be a talented architect with strong technical abilities, good project management and delivery skills.

The person they appoint as an Architect will be responsible for architectural design, integration, feasibility design, masterplanning and technical design. Daily tasks will include project management, planning consultation, preparing presentation visuals and ensuring high-quality delivery of architectural services under design and build appointments, primarily within the residential and care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all stages of design and delivery across a range of projects including residential, care, mixed-use, industrial etc.

• Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external consultants.

• Engage in planning applications, design development and construction packages.

• Support project delivery from concept through to completion.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the UK architecture and construction industry

• Experience of working on residential projects under design and build

• ARB registered

• Strong architectural and design skills

• Experience in producing drawings and details in AutoCAD and Revit

• Project Management skills including checking and quality control

• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with the wider design team

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

• Ability to manage resources and meet deadlines
