Arabic Customer Service Advisor and Content Writer

Role Outline

Our client is looking for a fluent Arabic Customer Support Advisor to join their team based in Central Cambridge (CB1) for an ongoing temporary assignment. You will be responsible for providing first class customer service support via email and chat support centres worldwide for Arabic and English speaking customers as well as assisting with proofreading translations of support material. Excellent written skills in English and Arabic are required for this role. We’re looking for individuals who are adaptable, articulate and able to use great writing and decision making skills to effectively manage problems and find ways to go above and beyond to assist customers. This opportunity would suit creative graduates with past customer service experience. This is a full-time role working an average 40 hour week including 1-2 weekends per month.

Key Duties

  • Provide customer support on the email support team
  • Find clear and concise resolutions to technical and payment based issues
  • Contribute to and become part of a fast moving support centre
  • Support the content translation process
  • Be the point of contact to other businesses
  • Handle cases that require contact with external B2B interactions
  • Work closely with the support teams to provide a customer response and performance analysis
  • Possibility to assist with writing and developing content for several mediums including online, email, live chat and video

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in written English and Arabic with excellent writing and creative skills
  • Experience of working in a customer-centric environment that offers world-class service
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • The ability to multitask and see through the eyes of a customer
  • Can collaborate positively within a fast changing environment
