You will be responsible for the development and delivery of an Apprenticeship programme which will identify future talent and maximise the use of the Apprenticeship levy.

As Apprenticeship Scheme Manager you will take overall responsibility for the development of the Scheme which will include the following responsibilities:
Design and deliver assessment centres for the recruitment of apprentices and trainees
Implement and monitor a mentoring programme to support the Apprentice Programme.
Create and own the stakeholder communication strategy and plan to ensure all those involved in the successful delivery of the Apprenticeship programme are fully informed and supportive of the programme's main aims and objectives.
Educate managers and mentors on their role in supporting and developing apprentices as an essential part of their jobs
Build effective relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external to aid the programme's on-going development, presence and credibility
Strategic management of Registered Training Provider relationships
In order to be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering an Apprenticeship programme - from both a strategic and operational level. Ideally this will be specifically higher level apprenticeships.
You will have experience of managing recruitment processes and working with Graduates. You will also be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
You will be required to travel from time to time in this role and so a drivers licence is essential for this role.
Basic salary up to £40,000 plus car allowance and excellent benefits
