As a Apprenticeship Consultant you will be responsible for enrolling Apprentices onto programme & engaging with Employers to meet their Apprenticeship needs. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound Apprenticeship enquires, establishing whether a Customer meets criteria to become an Apprentice and being proactive in following up any enquiries. You should have experience with Apprenticeship Programmes and have fantastic customer service skills. You should be driven, confident and an excellent communication. You must also have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to question, build rapport, fact find and influence decision makers. A resilient nature is also essential, as it the ability to bounce back, keeping a focus on the positive
·Attending to inbound and outbound calls .
·Ensuring targets are met for enrolments.
·Maintaining up to date knowledge on courses, in order to offer the full range of features and benefits to customers.
·Building relationships and rapport with customers, resulting in increased trust in the company and its products.
Working Hours:09.00 - 18.00 daily Monday to Friday
Salary: Excellent basic + Uncapped Commission
