The college BR6 Restaurant and Bakehouse, a sixty-cover restaurant based at Orpington, are looking for an apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor. You will provide vital support to the Restaurant Manager and support the day-to-day supervision of hospitality services and running shifts. Your work will involve coordinating a range of dining experiences and styles and adapting to the ever-increasing diversity in both food and beverage menus. You will supervise the food and beverage team to complete daily operations including table layup, customer and food service, menu promotion, processing food and drink orders, managing food safety and health and safety. Also, to supervise deliveries, stock counts, menu planning and general restaurant cleaning duties. Your role will be to ensure each stage of food and beverage service meets business / brand standards. Demonstrate and train others to provide excellent food and beverage skills in table service, bar and counter service. You will also supervise the service, sale and promotion of alcoholic and hot and cold beverages. *Please apply as soon as possible as applications will be considered upon receipt; we reserve the right to interview before the closing date*.
