Apprentice Contracts Administrator

Job Purpose

Interserve Construction are recruiting for a Apprentice Contracts Administrator on a full time fixed term basis for a period of 14 months to provide administrative support to sites.

Responsibilities

Administration support to contracts administration and accounts team e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing, distribution of documents. Recording plant and materials received on site, entering information into bespoke Goods Received System. Liaising with site teams and external suppliers. Reception (cover) - dealing with visitors, taking calls, meeting room diary management. Postal duties (cover) - distributing and franking incoming/outgoing post.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to respond to changing priorities. Effective communicator and ability to interact with a range of people at all levels.

Person

  • Qualifications: 5 GCSE Grades (or equivalent) A - C, including Maths and English Language.
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.

Apprenticeship Information

This role will be delivered as a Level 2 or 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship (depending on existing qualifications).
