We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join us on a full time basis undertaking a recognised apprenticeship.
- Working alongside the consultants to identify candidates for jobs
- Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed
- Data input
- CV formatting
- Diary management
- Dealing with both temporary and permanent workers
- Candidate liaison
- Timesheet management
- Reference requesting
- Good standard of education
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Flexible and well organised
- Accurate and professional
- Excellent IT skills
This is a great opportunity to work and develop your career with us whilst undergoing training which is supported by our preferred apprenticeship provider. Our standard hours are 8.45 am - 5.00 pm but you will need to be flexible to cope with business demands. We are offering above the Apprentice Minimum Wage plus 30 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays), a great team environment, modern offices and the chance to learn and progress within the business.
