Appointment Setter Telesales Outbound Sales

Agenda Partnership are working exclusively with a Northampton town based client to build their sales team. Close to all public transport!

The role will involve making scripted outbound sales calls to set appointments for the sales team. You will need to be confident dealing with gatekeepers, have a good understanding of relationship building and business development and be confident handling objections.

Full product training will be given along with the opportunity for to add input with your own sales ideas and techniques.

Based in newly renovated offices, this is a great time join the business as they move into a new growth stage and, for the right candidate there is the opportunity to move into face to face sales and even management positions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of outbound sales/appointment setting, have excellent communication skills along with the drive and desire to succeed.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch. Standard annual leave, pension and other benefits are also on offer.

This role would really suit and experienced telesales person looking to genuinely make their mark with a company and develop their career.
