Don’t be afraid that this is a telephone-based call centre operation that it won’t be exciting. There is a huge degree of differing skills that need to be honed as well as client profiles and SLA’s will differ from project to project.
You will need to be focused and driven with a desire to hit KPI’s and want to work in a target driven environment where the fruits of your labours will be rewarded. Self-motivation is key as you will be looking after your own accounts and although support and training will be given, you will be expected to drive your own pipeline. Organisation is another key attribute to help you maintain the lines of communication with your potential clients.
Industry related skills are not essential although experience working within an outbound call making function would be a distinct benefit. General IT skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must as we need you to up and running as soon as possible, training will be provided for everything else.
Duties to include:
- Managing and reporting on your own accounts and projects
- Making outbound calls
- Administrative tasks such as keeping reports up to date.
- Arranging confirmed meeting appointments
- Building and maintaining client relationships
