Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, .

Duties and responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers to prospect for new business
• Reviewing your own performance, meeting or exceeding targets
* Some contracts include database cleansing

Skills:

• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivation
• Determination and drive to work to targets
• Literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Professional manner
• Good business sense
• Excellent attention to detail

Personal Attributes:

* Clear, articulate eloquent telephone manner
* Previous internal sales experience preferred but not essential
* Hungry / resilient / determined to succeed
* Can adapt to a target driven environment

Qualifications:

* Good level of intelligence
* Mature outlook with life experience

Benefits:
* Very achievable bonus paid monthly in arrears
* Up to £21,000 basic + commission OTE circa £25,000 to 35,000 pro rata.
* Casual dress
* Very lively and outgoing team environment -
* Hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm with 1 hr lunch
