SALARY: £16,532 – £18,903 PRO RATA
BAND 2 – HOURS: 32.5 (WORKED MON – FRI 09:30 – 16:30)
An opportunity has arisen to join our small team working within a centralised referral hub. You will register patient referrals to Allied Health Profession services; physiotherapy, podiatry and orthotics, booking patient appointments, manage electronic diaries and deal with enquiries.
You should be educated to the equivalent standard grade or have relevant experience. Good keyboard skills and experience of working with the public is essential. You will also have a good telephone manner with excellent communication and listening skills.
Knowledge of NHS booking systems (preferably Tiara and Trak) and electronic diary management is desirable.
A high degree of flexibility is required to cover periods of annual/sick leave.
A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is required.
