Applications/Customer service administrator

My Client who is a very successful lender is currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Go through the new applications confirming all the details provided on the application are correct

  • Ensure all information taken down in the dialogue is correct

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Go through applications for members of your team when they are away from their desk or busy on another call

  • Achieving daily and monthly individual targets

  • Maintain a high conversion and a low default as an individual and as a team

  • Chase new applications in 'waiting’ when it is quiet

  • Offering a friendly and helpful first point of contact for all our new customers via the telephone and emails

  • All administration duties including, faxing, filing and database handling

Person Specification /Skills/Education and Attributes:

  • A - C Grades at GCSE level (including Maths and English) or equivalent
  • Administration experience
  • Customer contact experience
  • Accurate attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • A knowledge of computers and office software
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Familiar with the financial services marketplace or regulated environment- desirable
