One of my top London based clients, a leading academy, urgently seeks a Application Support Engineer to join their highly successful team on a 3-month contract starting immediately. The successful candidate must have the following experience:

Key accountabilities:

  1. Assist the Information Technology department in establishing appropriate security roles and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and 365, and ensure personal and sensitive information is well protected.
  1. Work with various business units and departments to establish these security roles and permissions.
  1. In conjunction with other members of the IT team, provide first line support for CRM users, investigating any issues and escalate to our third-party CRM partner, when required.
  1. Act as the system administrator lead on the Dynamics CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks in conjunction with other members of the IT team.
